Jerusalem, 22 July, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Israeli Tourism Month: The Ministry of Tourism has initiated and is leading a 10 million Shekel ($2.98 million) first-of-its-kind project, which includes crowd-pleasing experiences and events and will offer subsidized tours with guides, hotel benefits and attractions.
Israeli Tourism Month is a new annual nationwide anchor event, which will include a series of cultural, tourism, entertainment and leisure activities, in four locations from north to south – at a symbolic cost to the public of 18 Shekels ($5.35) per activity.
The activity, which is expected to begin shortly after the Jewish holidays this fall, will connect the Israeli public to the country’s landscapes, culture, and rich history.
The Ministry of Tourism intends to make the aforementioned project an annual tradition that will strengthen the tourism industry during periods between peak demand.
