Jerusalem, 10 June, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Two terrorists were killed by Israeli forces after they tried to steal a soldier’s weapon. While Israeli forces were checking suspected terrorists in the Kasbah in Shechem (Nablus) in Samaria, the two attempted to seize the weapon of one of the Israeli fighters. As a result of the attempt to take the weapon it fired a number of bullets, causing moderate injuries to an IDF (Israel Defense Forces) fighter and light injuries to three other IDF soldiers.
The IDF force responded by firing at the terrorists and killed both of them.
The wounded soldiers were evacuated to receive medical treatment in hospitals, and their families were notified.
This came after the IDF, the Shin Bet (Israel’s anti-terror General Security Service) and Border Police forces overnight began a counter-terrorism operation in the area.
